Group Yoga Classes
Hatha Flow yoga on Tuesdays at 10am and Saturdays at 9am - an active class which combines static poses and dynamic movement, to both energise and calm the body and mind. We focus on building strength and flexibility, improving posture and balance, boosting energy, and cultivating mindfulness.
Gentle yoga on Mondays at 6pm - a calming restorative class, emphasising stretching and mindful movement, with extended time for breathing and meditation. This practice aims to soothe the body and mind, bring rest and relaxation, and provide a space to heal.
Classes are ideal for all levels, including beginners. Located at The Oast, Park Barn Farm, Ashford, Kent.
I also offer personalised group classes for birthday parties, community events, friends, festivals, retreats, and more.
