Group Yoga Classes

I teach Hatha Flow yoga at The Stour Centre - an active class which combines static poses and dynamic movement, to both energise and calm the body and mind. We focus on building strength and flexibility, improving posture and balance, boosting energy, and cultivating mindfulness.

Classes are ideal for all levels, including beginners.

I also offer personalised group classes for birthday parties, community events, friends, festivals, retreats, and more.

One-to-one Sessions

These personalised sessions offer you the opportunity to dive deeper into your health and wellness. I help clients set and maintain a variety of physical and mental health goals including:
