Namaste and Welcome

I’m Rachel and my mission is to teach others how to use yoga to find peace, increase wellbeing, and heal.

The beautiful thing about yoga is that everyone is welcome. There are so many different approaches that we can all take something valuable from it, and adjust our practise as we change throughout life.

Yoga has been one of the most powerful tools to help me manage living life with a chronic gut disorder and anxiety, and it’s taught me the worth of slowing down and turning inwards. Yoga has been with me through the best and the worst, and my mat provides a safe space of certainty and calm, no matter what is happening elsewhere.

I’ve trained with YogaRenew to teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Yin, and have been practising yoga for over 10 years. I hope to see you on the mat soon. Namaste.
